There is possibility that your ordered item may be out of stock since we have another shop in Japan. If your ordered item is out of stock, we will refund your payment through Paypal.

Lead time

It takes 1～2weeks

  • We will check the item and its availability, we will ship out the item within 7 working days from purchasing. (Japan's working time).
  • There may be a possibility that your ordered item may be unavailable since we have another shop in Japan. If that happens, we will refund your payment through Paypal.

Duty & tax

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

Packing

Before shipment, products are carefully packed and sealed as possible to avoid damages upon transportation.

Return Policy

We will exchange damaged, defective, or incorrect shipped items.
If you received such, please save the item and the whole package for inspection.
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the purchased item.
After seven (7) days from receiving the item,　product is already irreplaceable.
Or if you have used the product,we can't replace the product.

Our products are Japanese domestic model. It means its manual & displays are in Japanese. Although each products does not have individual English manual, we can still provide you English manual for reference and as user-guide.
